This level controllers is suitable for automatically controlling the pump based on water level in the overhead tank. This is suitable when there is a permanent source of water such as a well/ bore well or an underground tank with a ball valve. The pump is automatically turned on when the level of the water in the OHT is low and the pump is shutoff when the level reaches high. The controller has a dry run detector. The controller shuts off the pump if there is no flow of water, thus protecting the pump from permanent damage.
Connectivity - This controller has a built in GPRS modem and is capable of being monitored and controlled by a remote server / SMS. The controller can be switched on/ off using a SMS or app, the controller reports the status of the water levels, pump state and any error condition to the server or the registered phone numbers. For example a dry run error will be reported to the registered user of the controller
